يقرر أنه، لكي يؤدي أعضاء المكتب وظائفهم بشكل فعال، ينبغي أن يولى الاعتبار لتوفير دعم مالي يغطي تكاليف السفر والإعاشة اليومية لأعضاء المكتب من البلدان النامية والبلدان التي تمر اقتصاداتها بمرحلة انتقالية، عن طريق مساهمات مخصصة لهذا الغرض تدفع من موارد خارجة عن الميزانية إلى الصندوق الاستئماني لدعم عمل لجنة التنمية المستدامة؛
