إحالاتٍ مرجعيةً إلى هذا القانون وإلى لوائح الاشتراء وسائر القوانين واللوائح التي لها صلة مباشرة بإجراءات الاشتراء، بما فيها تلك التي تنطبق على عمليات الاشتراء المنطوية على معلومات سريّة، والموضع الذي يمكن العثور فيه على هذه القوانين واللوائح؛
