وفي الحالات التي يكون فيها المانح شخصاً اعتبارياً يتيح القانون الذي تأسس بموجبه استعمال صيغ لغوية بديلة من اسمه، ينبغي للقواعد التنظيمية أن توضح وجوب قيد جميع الصيغ اللغوية من الاسم بوصفها محددات مستقلة لهوية المانح على أن تكون متوافقة مع اللغة المحددة للسجل.

Where the grantor is a legal person and the law under which it is constituted allows the use of alternative linguistic versions of its name, the regulation should specify that all linguistic versions of the name must be entered as separate grantor identifiers to the extent that this is compatible with the specified language of the registry.
