أما الطرف الذي يقدم بموجب هذا البند الفرعي إلى الأمانة توضيحا بشأن انحرافه، وكذلك خطة عمل لعلاج ذلك الانحراف، سوف يتلقى عادة دعوة من الأمانة لإرسال ممثل عنه إلى الاجتماع للرد على أي تساؤلات قد تعين للجنة حول موقفه.

A Party under this sub-item that submits to the Secretariat an explanation for its deviation and a plan of action to redress the deviation will usually be invited by the Secretariat to send a representative to the meeting to respond to any questions the Committee may have on its situation.

Por regla general, la Secretaría invitará a la Parte que sea objeto de examen en relación con este subtema y que presente a la Secretaría una explicación de su desviación y un plan de acción para rectificar esa desviación, a que envíe a un representante a la reunión para que responda a todo tipo de pregunta que el Comité pueda formular respecto de su situación.
