وتعتبر مدونة قواعد الممارسات الخاصة بالإنترنت في سنغافورة المواد التي "تمجد الكراهية أو الفتنة أو التعصب بدوافع إثنية أو عنصرية أو دينية أو تحرض على هذه الأمور أو تقرها" مواد محظورة (المادة 4(2)(ز)).
