كان ذلك تحديدا شعبيا يحرر النساء من حياة العمل الاستعماري وحرمان الحقوق في التعليم، ويضمن مكانة اجتماعية متساوية مع الرجال في الحياة الاقتصادية، ويحولهن إلى صانعات العلوم والثقافة، ومتمتعات بها.
