وسوف تتضمن هذه الصيغة جميع الوظائف اللازمة لاستهلال الصلات بين نظم السجلات الأخرى وسجل المعاملات الدولي، وهذا يتيح لجميع السجلات ولسجل المعاملات المستقل للجماعة الأوروبية الاتصال بنجاح بسجل المعاملات الدولي بحلول شهر نيسان/أبريل 2007، وذلك وفقاً لطلب مؤتمر الأطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو (المقرر 12/م أإ-1).

This version will include all functions necessary for the initialization of the links between other registry systems and the ITL, thus allowing all registries and the CITL to successfully connect to the ITL by April 2007, as was requested by the COP/MOP (decision 12/CMP.1).
