A flood protection device that seals a door or opening (5) in the outer wall of a room when the water level rises as a result of flooding, consisting of a buried tank (1) located in front of the door (5) to be protected and provided with at least one inlet channel leading from a nearby drainage opening (10), and a lower discharge outlet (3) leading to the drainage system, which outlet has a restricted flow rate computed in such a way that as the water inflow increases, the water level in the tank (1) rises, a float (2) rises and a flood gate (4) mounted thereon seals the opening to be protected as the flooding increases and the water level rises.

Dispositivo de protección contra inundaciones, cerrando una puerta o abertura (5) existente en la pared exterior de un local cuando el nivel del agua sube por efecto de una inundación, constituido por en estanque o depósito soterrado (1), situado enfrente a la puerta a proteger (5) y provisto de al menos un conducto de entrada de agua de un sumidero (10) situado en el entorno e inferiormente de una salida de desagüe (3) hacia el alcantarillado, que tiene un caudal limitado y calculado de forma que a medida se incrementa el caudal de entrada de agua sube el nivel del depósito soterrado (1) y un flotador (2) que superiormente está asociado a una compuerta (4) que cierra el hueco a proteger a medida que aumenta la inundación o el nivel de agua.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de protection contre les inondations, fermant une porte ou ouverture (5) existant dans le mur extérieur d'un local lorsque le niveau de l'eau monte à cause d'une inondation. Ledit dispositif est formé d'un bassin ou réservoir souterrain (1), situé en face de la porte à protéger (5) et pourvu d'au moins un conduit d'entrée d'eau d'une bouche d'égout (10) située aux alentours et en aval d'une sortie d'eau (3) jusqu'aux égouts, ayant un débit limité et calculé de manière qu'à mesure qu'augmente le débit d'entrée de l'eau, le niveau du réservoir souterrain monte, ainsi qu'un flotteur (2) associé en amont à une vanne (4) qui ferme la cavité à protéger à mesure qu'augmente l'inondation ou le niveau de l'eau.
