We maintain close relations with Aboriginal, educational, ethnocultural and special-needs associations, who help us to provide public education and information about the electoral process; with the Canadian International Development Agency, which assists us in furnishing technical and professional electoral assistance to other countries; with the United Nations, the International Foundation for Election Systems and the International Institute for Democracy and Electoral Assistance, which provide resources for international electoral studies, conferences and research; and with a number of research organizations.
