وتتصل تلك النفقات أساسا بخدمات تشييد مقر البعثة، ومقر إقامة الممثل الخاص للأمين العام في بغداد، واقتناء المركبات واستبدالها، بما فيها 64 مركبة مصفحة و 12 سيارة ركاب ثقيلة مصفحة، وإنشاء مكتب منطقة كركوك، واقتناء معدات اتصالات ومعدات أخرى.

Those expenditures relate mainly to construction services for the Mission headquarters and the residence of the Special Representative of the Secretary-General in Baghdad, the acquisition and replacement of vehicles, including, inter alia, 64 armoured vehicles and 12 heavy-armoured sedans, the establishment of the Kirkuk area office and the acquisition of communications and other equipment.
