급기야 파라오와 그의 백 성들이 일어나, 거짓과 부인의 물로 성스러운 나무의 불길을 꺼트리 려 전력을 기울였으나, 세상의 어떤 물도 신성한 지혜의 화염이 소진 하게 할 수 없고, 스러지고 말 광풍으로는 영속하는 통치권의 등불을 꺼트릴 수 없음을 깨닫지 못하였다. 아니, 분별력 있는 눈으로 주시하 고, 하느님의 성스러운 뜻과 기뻐하심의 길을걷는다면, 그러한 물은 오직 불길을 더욱더활활 타오르게 하고, 그같은 광풍은 등불을 더욱 확고히 보존할 뿐임을 알 수 있을 것이다...
