Durch Anwendung der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung werden PoIycarbonate mit niedrigen Restwerte an flüchtiger Bestandteile aus lösungsmittelhaltigen Polymerschmelzen hergestellt, die verbesserte optische Eigenschaften, insbesondere Yellowness Index, mit Hilfe einer Apparate-Kombination aus einem Flashverdampfer und einem Entgasungsextruder.

Use of the inventive device allows the production of polycarbonates which have few residuals of volatile components as well as improved optical properties, especially yellowness index, which polycarbonates are produced from solvent-containing polymer melts using a combination of a flash evaporator and a vented extruder.

L'utilisation du dispositif de l'invention permet la préparation, à partir de masses polymères en fusion contenant des solvants, de polycarbonates ayant des teneurs résiduelles faibles en constituants volatils et présentant des propriétés optiques améliorées, en particulier en ce qui concerne l'indice de jaune, au moyen d'une combinaison d'appareils consistant en un évaporateur éclair et une extrudeuse à dégazage.
