وإن معاقبة الاغتصاب، واغتصاب الزوجة، أو اغتصاب الأطفال بالسجن دون الإفراج المشروط لمدة عشر سنوات على الأقل ستنقذ أرواح هؤلاء الضحايا وستقلل من تكرار مثل هذه الجرائم في المستقبل.
