( a) every autonomous region existing immediately before the prescribed date in the Union territory of Mizoram shall, on and from that date, be an autonomous district in that Union territory (hereafter referred to as the corresponding new district) and the Administrator thereof may, by one or more orders, direct that such consequential amendments as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of this clause shall be made in paragraph 20 of this Schedule (including Part III of the table appended to that paragraph) and thereupon the said paragraph and the said Part III shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.

(அ) குறித்திடப்பட்ட தேதியை ஒட்டிமுன்பு மிசோரம் ஒன்றியத்து ஆட்சிநிலவரையில் நிலவிவந்த ஒவ்வொரு தன்னாட்சி வட்டாரமும், அந்தத் தேதியன்றும் (3) நேரிணையான புதிய மாவட்ட மன்றத்தினால் இந்த இணைப்புப்பட்டியலின் 2ஆம் பத்தியின் ( 7 ) ஆம் உள்பத்தியின்படியும், 4ஆம் பத்தியின் (4)ஆம் உள்பத்தியின்படியும் விதிகள் வகுக்கப்படுகிற வரையில், நிலவுறும் வட்டார மன்றத்தினால் மேற்சொன்ன வகையங்களின்படி வகுக்கப்பட்டு, குறித்திடப்பட்ட தேதியை ஒட்டிமுன்பு செல்லாற்றலில் இருந்த விதிகள், மிசோரம் ஒன்றியத்து ஆட்சிநிலவரையின் ஆளுகையரால் அவற்றில் செய்யப்படுகிற தழுவமைவுகளுக்கும் மாற்றமைவுகளுக்கும் உட்பட்டு, நேரிணையான புதிய மாவட்ட மன்றம் தொடர்பாகச் செல்திறம் உடையன ஆகும்.
