Disclosed is a system for dynamically training postural balance which includes: a base frame; a support frame extending upward from the base frame; a roll motion frame which is coupled to the upper portion of the support frame via a first shaft and which is pivotable left and right; a pitch motion frame which is coupled to the roll motion frame via a second shaft and which is pivotable back and forth; a pelvis-fixing unit disposed inside the pitch motion frame and which expands to fix the pelvis of the user; a connecting member extending downward from the pitch motion frame; and a foot-fixing unit coupled to the lower portion of the connecting member and which expands to fix the feet of the user.

동적자세균형훈련시스템이 개시된다. 개시된 동적자세균형훈련시스템은 베이스프레임; 상기 베이스프레임의 상측으로 연장형성되는 지지프레임; 상기 지지프레임의 상부에 좌우 회전되도록 제1축에 의해 결합되는 롤모션 프레임; 상기 롤모션 프레임에 전후로 회전되도록 제2축에 의해 결합되는 피치모션 프레임; 상기 피치모션 프레임의 내측에 형성되어 부피가 팽창하여 사용자의 골반을 고정하는 골반고정유닛; 상기 피치모션 프레임으로부터 하측으로 연장형성되는 연결부재; 및, 상기 연결부재의 하측에 결합되며, 부피가 팽창하여 사용자의 발을 고정하는 발 고정유닛;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
