وبموجب الفقرة الفرعية (4) من المادة 20 من هذا القانون، يحظر على المصارف أن تفتح أي حساب أو تقدم أي خدمات مصرفية للعملاء الذين لا يقدمون معلومات عن هويتهم ولا يفصحون عن رقم تحديد الهوية لأغراض الضريبة.

According to subparagraph (4) of article 20 of this law, banks are prohibited from opening any account and conducting any banking services for customers who do not submit their identification information and tax identification numbers.
