Using the anti-ATIC specific autoantibody of the present invention as a marker for diagnosing liver cancer, the occurrence of liver cancer can be diagnosed using a non-invasive biological sample such as blood, plasma, serum, lymph tissue, and the like, with a sensitivity of about 87% and a specificity of about 88%, and as liver cancer can be easily diagnosed using an amino acid sequence identified in the present invention, the autoantibody is effective for developing a diagnostic kit for liver cancer.

L'utilisation dudit anticorps spécifique anti-ATIC en tant que marqueur pour le diagnostic d'un cancer du foie permet de diagnostiquer la survenue du cancer du foie au moyen d'un échantillon biologique non-invasif tel que le sang, le plasma, le sérum, le tissu lymphatique et analogue, avec une sensibilité d'environ 87 % et une spécificité d'environ 88 %.

본 발명의 항-ATIC 특이반응 자가면역항체를 간암 진단 마커로 사용하면, 혈액, 혈장, 혈청, 림프액 등과 같은 비침습적 생물학적 시료를 이용하여 약 87%의 민감도와 약 88%의 특이도로 간암의 발병 여부를 진단할 수 있으며, 본 발명에서 동정된 아미노산 서열만을 이용하여 용이하게 간암을 진단할 수 있어 간암 진단용 키트 개발에 효과적이다.
