وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى النظر في توجيه دعوة إلى المقرر الخاص المعني بالسكن اللائق، والمقرر الخاص المعني بحق كل إنسان في التمتع بأعلى مستوى ممكن من الصحة البدنية والعقلية، والخبيرة المستقلة المعنية بمسألة التزامات حقوق الإنسان المتعلقة بالحصول على مياه الشرب المأمونة وخدمات الصرف الصحي من أجل الاستفادة من خبراتهم في وضع السياسات اللازمة لتبديد مخاوف اللجنة.

The Committee invites the State party to consider extending an invitation to the Special Rapporteur on adequate housing, the Special Rapporteur on the right of everyone to the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of physical and mental health and the independent expert on the issue of human rights obligations related to access to safe drinking water and sanitation in order to benefit from their expertise in developing policies which would address the concerns of the Committee.

El Comité invita al Estado parte a que considere la posibilidad de formular una invitación al Relator Especial sobre una vivienda adecuada, al Relator Especial sobre el derecho de toda persona al disfrute del más alto nivel posible de salud física y mental y al Experto independiente sobre la cuestión de las obligaciones de derechos humanos relacionadas con el acceso al agua potable y el saneamiento, a fin de aprovechar sus conocimientos especializados en la elaboración de políticas que respondan a las preocupaciones del Comité.

Le Comité invite l’État partie à adresser une invitation au Rapporteur spécial sur le logement convenable, au Rapporteur spécial sur le droit qu’a toute personne de jouir du meilleur état de santé physique et mentale possible et à l’expert indépendant chargé d’examiner la question des obligations en rapport avec les droits de l’homme et l’assainissement, afin de tirer profit de leurs connaissances spécialisées dans l’élaboration de politiques se rapportant aux questions qui intéressent le Comité.

委员会请缔约国考虑邀请适足住房问题特别报告员、人人有权享有尽可能高水平身心健康问题特别报告员,以及与享有安全饮用水和卫生设施有关的人权义务问题独立专家进行访问,以便在制定政策以解决委员会关切的问题时,借鉴他们的专门知识。
