Except for the after-service health insurance under UNMOVIC of $1.6 million, which was transferred and presented as a liability (Fund ASR) in the accounts of the United Nations Headquarters, the end-of-service benefits were, at the instance of the Board, presented as separate line items under operating reserves in the statement of assets, liabilities and reserves and fund balances (statement II) of the escrow accounts.
