وذكر أنه وفقا للمحضر المتفق عليه، عندما تقدم إحدى الدول وثائق تتعلق بالحدود الخارجية لجرفها القاري في منطقة حوض أيجير إلى اللجنة، تبلغ الدولُ الأخرى الأمينَ العام للأمم المتحدة وفقا للنظام الداخلي للجنة، بأنها لا تعترض على قيام اللجنة بالنظر في الوثائق وبتقديم توصيات على هذا الأساس، دون المساس بتقديم الوثائق من قبل هذه الدول في مرحلة لاحقة، أو بمسألة تعيين الحدود ثنائيا بين الدول الثلاثة.

He stated that, according to the Agreed Minutes, when one State submits documentation concerning the outer limits of its continental shelf in the Ægir Basin area to the Commission, the other States would notify the Secretary-General of the United Nations in accordance with the rules of procedure of the Commission, that they do not object to the Commission considering the documentation and making recommendations on this basis, without prejudice to the submission of documentation by these States at a later Stage, or, to the question on bilateral delimitations between the three States.

Afirmó que, conforme a las Actas Convenidas, cuando un Estado presentara a la Comisión documentación relativa a los límites exteriores de su plataforma continental en la zona de la cuenca de Aegir, los demás Estados notificarían al Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas de conformidad con el Reglamento de la Comisión que no se oponían a que la Comisión examinara la documentación y formulara recomendaciones sobre esa base, sin perjuicio de la presentación de documentación por esos Estados en una etapa posterior, ni de la cuestión relativa a las delimitaciones bilaterales entre los tres Estados.

Il a indiqué que, selon ledit procès-verbal, lorsqu’un État présente à la Commission une documentation sur la limite extérieure de son plateau continental dans la zone du bassin d’Ægir, les autres États signifieront au Secrétaire général de l’Organisation des Nations Unies que, conformément au Règlement intérieur de la Commission, ils n’ont pas d’objection à ce qu’elle examine la documentation et fasse des recommandations sur cette base, sans préjudice de la présentation ultérieure de documentation par ces États ni de la question de la délimitation bilatérale du plateau continental entre les trois États.

Он заявил, что в соответствии с Согласованным протоколом, когда одно из государств представляет в Комиссию документацию касательно внешних границ континентального шельфа в районе «Котловина Айир», другие государства сообразно с правилами процедуры Комиссии уведомляют Генерального секретаря Организации Объединенных Наций о том, что они не возражают против того, чтобы Комиссия рассматривала документацию и вынесла на этой основе рекомендации без ущерба для представления документации этими государствами на более позднем этапе или для вопроса о двусторонней делимитации между этими тремя государствами.
