If as a result of this and as part and parcel of the said Regulations read as a whole, a fisherman such as the claimant in this case may lose certain advantages he might otherwise have had but for regulation 83(2) excluding fishing insured weeks from being considered as weeks of insurable employment for the purposes of Section 17 of the Act, this is not unequal treatment as applied to him, since, as unemployed fishermen they are entitled to certain special benefits under the Fishermen's Regulations not available to other workers.

Si par hasard un pêcheur, comme le prestataire de l’espèce, perd, à cause desdits Règlements, certains avantages qu’il aurait eus si le paragraphe 83(2) n’excluait pas les semaines de pêche assurables des semaines d’emploi assurables prévues à l ‘article 17 de la Loi, il ne peut prétendre recevoir un traitement inégal car, en qualité de pêcheur sans emploi, il a droit à certains avantages spécieux refusés aux autres travailleurs.
