I de to ernaeringsbetaenkninger anfoeres det, at koed og varer af koed ikke blot indeholder sunde naeringsstoffer, men at en stigning i forbruget heraf ogsaa vil medfoere indtagelse af purin, kolesterol og fedt i saa store maengder, at det kan vaere betaenkeligt ud fra et ernaeringsmaessigt synspunkt .
