وإن النجاح في تنفيذ هذه التدابير سيجعل من الممكن، لا توسيع المكتبة والخدمات الإعلامية المتاحة في البلد فحسب، بل، وفي الوقت نفسه، تلبية احتياجات مستخدِمي المكتبة وضمان إلمامهم بأحدث إنجازات طاجيكستان والإنجازات الدولية في مجال العلم والثقافة.
