وافق المكتب على توصية المجلس بـ (أ) المطابقة بانتظام بين كشوف المرتبات ودفتر الأستاذ العام لكفالة توزيع جميع تكاليف المرتبات بصورة صحيحة؛ (ب) تصديق كبار الموظفين من مستوى مناسب على عمليات المطابقة كدليل على استعراضها؛ (ج) واتخاذ ترتيبات محددة في نهاية السنة وفي نهاية فترة السنتين للمصادقة على صحة الفروق.

UNOPS agreed with the BOA recommendation that it (a) regularly reconcile payroll with the general ledger to ensure that payroll costs have been correctly allocated; (b) certify reconciliations at an appropriate level of seniority as proof of review; and (c) make specific year-end and biennium-end closing arrangements to validate differences.

ЮНОПС согласилось с рекомендацией Комиссии: а) регулярно сверять данные о заработной плате с общей бухгалтерской книгой с целью гарантировать правильное распределение расходов по заработной плате; b) удостоверять выверки на соответствующем должностном уровне в качестве доказательства того, что данный вопрос находится под контролем; и с) при закрытии счетов в конце года и в конце двухгодичного периода принимать специальные меры по проверке возникших расхождений.
