Each publication deals with a specific human right (the rights to education, health and work and the right to a social security pension) and has a standard structure: (i) analysis of the meaning and scope of the right (on the basis of national and international legislation); (ii) a cases handbook; and (iii) a teacher’s guide to the subject.
