(2) Beträge, die die EZB für Rechnung der Europäischen Gemeinschaft als Zins- oder Tilgungszahlungen von dem Mitgliedstaat erhält, der das Darlehen empfangen hat, werden mit gleicher Wertstellung auf die von den Anleihegläubigern der Europäischen Gemeinschaft in der entsprechenden Anleiheübereinkunft angegebenen Konten überwiesen.

2. Funds received by the ECB, for the account of the European Community, in respect of payment of interest or repayment of the principal from the Member State that has received the loan, shall be transferred on the same value date to the accounts specified by the creditors under the borrowing arrangements entered into by the European Community.

(2) A hitelt felvevő tagállam által teljesített kamatfizetést, illetve tőketörlesztést illetően az Európai Közösség számlájára az EKB-hoz befolyt összegeket azonos értéknappal kell átutalni az Európai Közösség által kötött hitelnyújtási egyezményekben szereplő hitelezők által meghatározott számlákra.
