ومن المشجع أن نلاحظ زيادة في عدد العائدين هذا العام؛ بيد أن مما يدعو للقلق أنه هنالك ربع مليون شخص خارج الحدود بعد انقضاء خمس سنوات على الحرب، وأن ثلاثة أرباع المليون ما زالوا مشردين داخليا.

It is encouraging to note that returns have picked up this year. However, it is worrying that five years after the war there is still about a quarter of a million people outside the borders, and three-quarters of a million remain internally displaced.
