تعيد تأكيد تعاطفها وتضامنها مع الناجين من الإبادة الجماعية وتثني على حكومة رواندا لإنشائها صندوقاً لمساعدتهم، وتثني على الحكومات التي ساهمت في ذلك الصندوق وتشجع بقية الدول على المساهمة السخية فيه؛

Reiterates its sympathy and solidarity with genocide survivors, commends the Government of Rwanda for establishing a fund to assist them, commends those Governments that have contributed to the fund and again urges the international community to contribute generously;

Reitera su apoyo y solidaridad a los supervivientes del genocidio, elogia al Gobierno de Rwanda por haber establecido un fondo para prestarles asistencia, elogia a los gobiernos que han hecho aportaciones a ese fondo y exhorta una vez más a la comunidad internacional a hacer contribuciones generosas;
