يعرب الرؤساء للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية شعبا وحكومة، في مواجهة الأعمال البشعة التي ارتكبت مؤخرا ضد هذا الشعب وهذه الحكومة وتقديرا للمساعدات العميقة السخية التي يقدمها هذا البلد لمنطقتنا من أجل توطيد السلام والديمقراطية، عن أصدق مشاعر التعازي والتضامن، وكذلك عن عزمهم الراسخ على التعاون والمساعدة في اعتماد وتنفيذ تدابير ترمي إلى معاقبة المسؤولين عن هذا العمل، وفقا لقواعد القانون الدولي.

In response to the recent abominable acts committed against the people and Government of the United States of America and in deep recognition of the generous support that country has provided to Central America for the strengthening of peace and democracy, they express their most sincere feelings of grief and solidarity with that people and Government, as well as their firm resolve to cooperate in and support the adoption and conduct of measures designed to punish those responsible in accordance with the rules of international law.

Ante los recientes y abominables actos cometidos contra el pueblo y Gobierno de los Estados Unidos de América y en profundo apoyo generoso que ese país le ha brindado a nuestra región para consolidar la paz y la democracia, patentizan sus más sinceros sentimientos de pesar y de solidaridad hacia ese pueblo y Gobierno, así como su firme decisión de colaborar y apoyar la adopción y ejecución de medidas orientadas a sancionar a los responsables de acuerdo con las normas del derecho internacional.

Devant les actes atroces perpétrés récemment contre le peuple et le Gouvernement des États-Unis d’Amérique et profondément reconnaissants de l’aide généreuse que ce pays a apportée à la région en vue de consolider la paix et la démocratie, ils présentent leurs sincères condoléances au peuple et au Gouvernement américains, auxquels ils expriment leur solidarité ainsi que leur détermination à collaborer et à apporter leur appui à l’adoption et à l’exécution de mesures visant à punir les responsables de ces actes conformément aux dispositions du droit international.

В связи с недавними ужасными актами, совершенными против народа и правительства Соединенных Штатов Америки, и памятуя о щедрой помощи, оказанной этой страной нашему региону в целях укрепления мира и демократии, они выражают свои глубочайшие соболезнования и солидарность с американским народом и правительством, а также заявляют о своей твердой решимости оказывать содействие и поддержку усилиям по принятию и осуществлению мер, призванных покарать виновных, в соответствии с нормами международного права.
