On 6 November 2007, the Environment and Housing Department of the Autonomous Government of Catalonia (Ponencia ambiental del Departamento de Medio Ambiente y Vivienda), amended the initial project reducing it to the existing way (avoiding any cutting of trees that might harm the chiroptera), and declared that the measures in the environmental memory and in the annex should be part of the project.

El 6 de noviembre de 2007, el Departamento de Medio Ambiente y Vivienda de la Generalitat de Cataluña modificó el proyecto inicial reduciéndolo al camino existente (con lo que se evitaría toda tala de árboles que pudiera perjudicar a los quirópteros), y declaró que las medidas expuestas en la memoria ambiental y en el anexo debían formar parte del proyecto.
