This wire harness (11) is provided with: a main line (15); a single-sided self-adhesive sheet (17) that covers and sandwiches the main line (15) and of which a pair of edges (19) that follow the main line (15) are superposed and pasted together; and a branch line (23) that branches from partway along the main line (15) obliquely with respect to the main line (15), is covered/sandwiched by the single-sided self-adhesive sheet (17) and is led out from between the pair of edges (19).
