وذكرت كوستاريكا أن خبراء في علم الآثار وعلم الإنسان والتاريخ، من المعاهد والإدارات المشاركة في حماية التراث الثقافي، من بينهم موظفون من المتحف الوطني، قدّموا مساعدة تقنية إلى مكتب المدعي العام، وإلى السلطات القضائية وسلطات إنفاذ القانون عند الاقتضاء، وخصوصا بالمشاركة في الإجراءات الجنائية الرامية إلى تقييم الأضرار التي تلحق بالمواقع الأثرية الوطنية وغيرها من الكنوز الثقافية.

Costa Rica stated that experts in archaeology, anthropology and history from institutions and departments involved in the protection of cultural heritage, including officers from the National Museum, had provided technical assistance to the Attorney General’s Office and, where necessary, to the judicial and law enforcement authorities, especially by participating in criminal proceedings to assess the damage caused to national archaeological sites and other cultural treasures.

Costa Rica informó de que los expertos en arqueología, antropología e historia de las instituciones y departamentos que participaban en la protección del patrimonio cultural, incluidos los empleados del Museo Nacional, había prestado asistencia técnica a la Oficina del Procurador General y, cuando había sido necesario, a las autoridades judiciales y encargadas de hacer cumplir la ley, en especial, participando en las actuaciones penales para evaluar el daño causado a los lugares arqueológicos nacionales y a otros tesoros del patrimonio cultural.

Le Costa Rica a déclaré que des archéologues, anthropologues et historiens de diverses institutions et services concernés par la protection du patrimoine, y compris des agents du Musée national, avaient fourni une assistance technique au Bureau du Procureur général et, le cas échéant, aux autorités judiciaires et aux services de détection et de répression, en participant en particulier aux poursuites pénales pour évaluer les dommages causés aux sites archéologiques nationaux et autres trésors culturels.

Коста-Рика заявила, что специалисты по археологии, антропологии и истории из различных учреждений и департаментов, занимающихся вопросами защиты культурного наследия, в том числе сотрудники Национального музея, оказывали Генеральной прокуратуре и, когда это было необходимо, судебным и правоохранительным органам техническую помощь, в частности, участвуя в судебных разбирательствах по уголовным делам с целью оценки ущерба, нанесенного археологическим памятникам и другим объектам культурного достояния.
