33 Med hensyn til den pris, som tilskuddet til farmaceutiske produkter er betinget af, og som kan vaere lavere end den maksimalpris, som er godkendt i forbindelse med den oekonomiske prisordning, fremgaar det, at administrationen fastsaetter denne pris ved en sammenligning med prisen paa andre sammenlignelige, medicinske specialiteter paa markedet.

33 As regards the price to which the reimbursement of pharmaceutical products is made subject - and there is nothing to prevent it from being lower than the maximum price approved under the system of price control - it appears from the documents before the Court that that price is fixed by the administration by means of a comparison with the price of comparable proprietary pharmaceuticals on the market.
