Le procédé est remarquable en ce que l'on utilise un moyen support faisant office de gaine, préalablement en forme de feuille plate, découpée aux formes et dimensions à obtenir, ledit moyen formant gaine (10) étant mis en forme tubulaire par une ou des déformations et enroulements successifs avec un faible chevauchement de ses bordures longitudinales, la gaine ainsi obtenue recevant le boyau puis étant disposée sur la canule (2).
