وفي ضوء ما ورد أعلاه، يعرَّف تعبير ’’تنفيذ المؤتمر الدولي للسكان والتنمية إلى ما بعد عام 2014‘‘ بأنه يعني التنفيذ الكامل لبرنامج العمل والإجراءات الرئيسية لمواصلة تنفيذه في فترة ما بعد عام 2014، على أن تؤخذ في الاعتبار نتائج وتوصيات الاستعراض العملي.

In view of the foregoing, the concept referred to herein as the “International Conference on Population and Development beyond 2014” is defined as the full implementation of the Programme of Action and the key actions for its further implementation, in the period beyond 2014, taking into account the findings and recommendations of the operational review.

En vista de todo ello, el concepto a que se hace referencia aquí como la Conferencia Internacional sobre la Población y el Desarrollo después de 2014 se define como la ejecución íntegra del Programa de Acción y las acciones fundamentales para continuar esa ejecución en el período posterior a 2014, teniendo en cuenta las conclusiones y recomendaciones del examen operacional.
