본 발명은 혈중암세포 진단을 위한 파라핀 블록을 제작함에 있어서 사용되는 혈중 세포 응집용 물질 및 이를 이용한 파라핀 블록의 제작방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 혈액 내에 미량으로 존재하는 혈중암세포(CTC)를 파라핀 블록으로 제작함에 있어서 혈액 시료의 채취를 통해 혈액 내 존재하는 혈중암세포를 검출하는 방법이며, 비침습적이고 간단하기 때문에 암의 재발 및 전이암의 진단 및 예후 예측에 매우 유용하며, 암 발병, 전이 및 재발 기전의 분석을 통해 암 치료의 획기적인 전기를 마련할 수 있다.
