Communication of information between suppliers or contractors and the procuring entity referred to in articles # and # (a) # (d) # (b) to (f) and # to update for revisions to Model Law] may be made by means that do not provide a record of the information contained therein provided that, immediately thereafter, confirmation of the communication is given to the recipient of the communication in a form that provides a record of the information contained therein and is accessible so as to be usable for subsequent reference.”
