【解決手段】 一般式(I): (式中のAは低級アルキレン基であり、Bはアミノ基、ジ低級アルキルアミノ基または環内に酸素原子を含んでいてもよい3~7員環の脂環式アミノ基であり、*が付された炭素原子はR配置またはS配置の炭素原子若しくはそれらが混合した炭素原子を示し、(S)が付された炭素原子はS配置の炭素原子を示す)で表されるフェニルエタノールアミノテトラリンカルボン酸アミド誘導体またはその薬理学的に許容される塩等を有効成分として含有することを特徴とする、涙液の減少に伴う疾患(ドライアイ、乾性角結膜障害、角膜上皮障害、涙液分泌減少症、眼球乾燥症、加齢乾性眼、スチーブンス-ジョンソン症候群の眼障害、シェーグレン症候群の眼障害、角結膜潰瘍、コンタクトレンズ装着時の乾燥等)の予防または治療用医薬組成物を提供する。
