This issue is resolved in this release. When a virtual machine is migrated and you directly connect the vSphere Client to an ESXi host, the network adapter displays an error message: Invalid backing After you perform a cold migration or a vMotion operation, if the vSphere Client is directly connected to the destination ESXi host and you edit the settings of the migrated virtual machine, the network adpater displays the following error message: Invalid backing.
