وخلُص المجلس إلى وجود تناقض بين إفصاح صاحب البلاغ عن ميله الجنسي وممارسته للعلاقات المثلية وزيارته لأندية المثليين، وإحجامه عن البوح بهذا الميل لسلطات الهجرة.
