بالنسبة للمسألة المعروضة علينا، نود أن نرى عملية من شأنها أن تهيئ الحد الأدنى من الظروف اللازمة لقيام حوار بين الطرفين، مع وقف أعمال الإرهاب والعنف، ووقف بناء المستوطنات في الأراضي المحتلة، وتدمير الجدار العازل الذي يجري بناؤه في الأراضي الفلسطينية، والذي يفصل القرى عن المدن.

With regard to the matters before us, we would like to see a process that would bring about the minimal conditions for dialogue between the parties, with the cessation of terrorism and violence, a halt to the building of settlements in the occupied territories and the destruction of the separation wall that is being built in Palestinian territory, which divides villages and towns.

En el tema que nos concierne, nosotros quisiéramos ver un proceso que conduzca hacia el establecimiento de condiciones mínimas para abrir el diálogo entre las partes, donde se encuentra el cese del terrorismo, de la violencia, el fin de los asentamientos en territorios ocupados y la destrucción del muro que actualmente se erige dentro de los territorios palestinos y que divide a las distintas aldeas y pueblos.

Quant au thème du débat d’aujourd’hui, nous aimerions qu’un processus soit lancé, débouchant sur la mise en place de conditions minimales propices au dialogue entre les parties et comprenant la cessation du terrorisme, de la violence, la fin des implantations dans les territoires occupés et la destruction du mur qui est érigé dans les territoires palestiniens et qui divise les différents villages et bourgades.

В отношении рассматриваемого нами вопроса нам хотелось бы начала такого процесса, благодаря которому были бы созданы минимальные условия для диалога между сторонами в обстановке прекращения терроризма, насилия и строительства на оккупированных территориях поселений, а также демонтажа возводимой на палестинской территории и разобщающей деревни и поселки разделительной стены.
