This procedure consists of stretching the skin, the muscles of the face and the neck, for subsequently remove the excess of skin. Normally a rhytidectomy is completed jointly with another facial procedure, such as eyebrows elevation or front stretching, blepharoplasty (eyelids surgery), chin augmentation, liposuction of double chin and/or rhinoplasty (nose surgery).
