Disclosed are a connecting piece and electronic device comprising the same, the connecting piece comprising a body, and a welding material attached on the body and to be welded on a to-be-connected object; the body is an insulation plate; the to-be-connected object is a circuit board; the welding material is a conductive material, and is distributed on the upper, lower and/or side surfaces of the insulation plate; the insulation plate is provided with a through hole thereon; the through hole is also attached with the welding material; a part of the side surface of the insulation plate covered with the welding material is provided with a concave surface or a convex surface.
