وقد كفلت هذه التعديلات للمقاطعة الحصول على حصة دنيا من الإيرادات المتمثلة في المخصصات المتأتية من الحساب الموحد للهيئة، وهي الحصة التي دفع فقدانها بالمقاطعة إلى تقديم شكوى رسمية لدى محكمة التحكيم بدعوى الغبن.
