In most cases, a single judge hears the case and renders a verdict, although in particularly important or serious cases, a trial panel of three judges may hear the case and render a decision. An appellate panel is also composed of three District Court judges. Section::::Branch Courts.

ซึ่งโดยส่วนใหญ่ในศาลแขวงผู้พิพากษาท่านเดียวจะเป็นผู้พิจารณาคดีและพิพากษา แม้ว่าในคดีสําคัญหรือคดีร้ายแรงแล้ว องค์คณะของผู้พิพากษาที่พิจารณาและพิพากษาคดีจะต้องประกอบด้วยผู้พิพากษา 3 ท่าน ก็ตาม สําหรับองค์คณะของผู้พิพากษาในศาลแขวงแผนกคดีอุทธรณ์ประกอบด้วยผู้พิพากษาศาลแขวง 3 ท่านด้วยกัน
