The present invention provides a method for preparing inorganic particles by using a hydrothermal synthesis apparatus, comprising the steps of: (a) injecting a precursor liquid or slurry stream comprising a reaction precursor for preparing an inorganic material into a hydrothermal synthesis reactor; (b) injecting a supercritical liquid stream containing water into the hydrothermal synthesis reactor; (c) preparing an inorganic slurry by a hydrothermal reaction at the hydrothermal synthesis reactor and discharging the same; and (d) filtering the discharged inorganic slurry, wherein the precursor liquid or slurry stream contains a material which provides NH3 at a high temperature of the supercritical liquid stream, thereby inhibiting clogging of a stream at the hydrothermal synthesis reactor by a change in acidity (pH) during the hydrothermal reaction.

본 발명은 수열 합성 장치를 이용한 무기 입자의 제조방법으로서, (a) 무기물 제조용 반응 전구체를 포함하는 전구체 액상 또는 슬러리 스트림(precursor liquid stream)을 수열 합성 반응기에 유입하는 과정; (b) 물을 포함하는 초임계 액상 스트림(supercritical liquid stream)을 수열 합성 반응기에 유입하는 과정; (c) 수열 합성 반응기에서 수열 반응에 의해 무기물 슬러리를 제조하여 배출하는 과정; 및 (d) 상기 배출된 무기물 슬러리를 필터링하는 과정;을 포함하고, 상기 전구체 액상 또는 슬러리 스트림에는 초임계 액상 스트림의 고온에서 NH3를 제공하는 물질이 포함되어 있어서, 수열 반응 과정에서의 산도(pH) 변화에 의해, 수열 합성 반응기에서의 스트림의 막힘 현상을 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 무기 입자의 제조방법을 제공한다.
