The Intergovernmental Authority on Development (IGAD) and Ethio-American Doctors Group, Inc. (“EADG”) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding agreeing to locate the Regional Cancer Center of Excellence (“RCCE”) at the hospital and medical village complex being built by EADG in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
