The President said that pursuant to rule 70, paragraph 2, a special ballot would be held to break the tie between the candidates who had obtained the same number of votes and to reduce the number of candidates eligible for participation in the second round of balloting from 3 to 2.

El Presidente dice que, con arreglo a lo dispuesto el párrafo 2 del artículo 70, se procederá a una votación especial para deshacer el empate entre los candidatos que hayan obtenido el mismo número de votos y para reducir de 3 a 2 el número de candidatos con derecho a participar en la segunda votación.
