Departing from a definition of The Social Managerial Responsibility, the present work studies the levels of Satisfaction of the Employees in uneven development of this phenomenon in general, centering especially in the analysis of the Social Managerial Responsibility in case of the Company Textile San Cristobal of the province of Chincha.
