واستنادا إلى النتائج الأولية، لم تغير اللجنة من الاستنتاجات التي توصلت إليها وهي أن الانتحاري كان ذكراً يتراوح عمره على الأرجح بين # و # عاماً؛ وأن شعره كان قصيراً وداكناً؛ وأنه نشأ في منطقة أكثر جفافاً من لبنان؛ وأنه لم يقضِ فترة شبابه في لبنان بل أقام فيه فترة تمتد من شهرين إلى ثلاثة أشهر قبل وفاته، وهذه الأمور تتطابق مع النتائج التي توصلت إليها اللجنة في مجالات أخرى من تحقيقاتها

Based on preliminary results, the Commission's findings remain that the suicide bomber was a male, probably between # and # years old; that he had short dark hair; that he originally came from a region more arid than Lebanon; and that he did not spend his youth in Lebanon but lived there in the two to three months before his death, which corresponds to findings in other areas of the Commission's investigations

Au vu des premiers résultats, il semblerait toujours que l'auteur de l'attentat-suicide était un homme probablement âgé de # à # ans, aux cheveux sombres et courts, qu'il venait initialement d'une région plus aride que le Liban et qu'il n'a pas passé sa jeunesse au Liban mais y a vécu au cours des deux à trois mois précédant son décès, ce qui correspond aux constatations concernant d'autres domaines d'investigation
